About the event
A lovely evening to reset and relax! Sigi will offer a 50 minute yin yoga session followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra with Gabi.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows and everything you may need to enjoy the experience.
Online participants are welcome too!
N$ 250.00 pp - cash preferable for in-studio participants.
