Our online Yoga Wheel Class is designed to enhance your Yoga practice by incorporating the use of the Yoga wheel prop. This class focuses on working with the Yoga wheel to stretch and release tension in the back, promoting increased mobility and flexibility. You will be needing a Yoga Wheel to participate. The term "Hatha" embodies two meanings: "wilful" or "forceful," representing the yoga of activity, and "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha), symbolising the yoga of balance. Hatha Flow is a gentle and accessible form of yoga, making it ideal for beginners or those who prefer a more relaxed and slower-paced approach. In Hatha Flow, poses are held for longer durations, allowing you to delve deeper into the experience and find inner stillness.
